HOW I GOT HERE
I've always had a creative side, which is what lead me to start designing. It wasn't much at first; a few projects here and there. As I got older - and my friends started getting married - I began taking on invitation design, and that's when I discovered my niche. What started as a random hobby shortly became my passion. I was determined to turn this dream into a reality - and with that came my idea for inKBar. It feels amazing to say I've come this far and I'm so grateful for all the love and support I've received - and continue to receive - throughout this journey.
From a business standpoint, I truly take a different approach to design. inKBar is not about having clients choose from templates. My work begins on a blank canvas. I get to know them as individuals and as a couple, whoever they are, in person or across the country, and use that knowledge to create custom, unique invitations that match their vision and my design style. Whatever your vision may be, I look forward to bringing it to life!
Turnaround times for wedding invitations are typically 4 to 6 weeks, but also depend on the type of product requested. This will be discussed with client during proposal process.
Invoices for services are sent through Square and payment is accepted through a PayPal, debit or credit card. All project payments are due in two parts. An initial “Design Fee” deposit is due prior to work beginning and to hold your spot in the que. Design Fee is dependent on the project and ranges between $300-500. The second half of the project payment is due after the design phase is complete and prior to print/production phase beginning. All sales are final once the process has reached the production phase.

Yes. In an effort to respect your time as well as my time, I have established working studio hours. Although you can contact me at any time, I work in my studio Monday through Friday 6pm to 11pm, CLOSED Saturday, and open Sunday 10am - 10pm. I typically respond to emails and inquiries anywhere from 24 to 72 business hours after receipt. I do my best to respond as promptly as possible and response time usually depends on my work load at that time. I do prefer to schedule all consultations in advance so that I may plan to be available and allot the proper amount of time for your project.
