01 WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIMES?
Turnaround times for wedding invitations are typically 4 to 6 weeks, but also depend on the type of product requested. This will be discussed with client during proposal process.
02 WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES & METHODS?
Invoices for services are sent through Square and payment is accepted through a PayPal, debit or credit card. All project payments are due in two parts. An initial “Design Fee” deposit is due prior to work beginning and to hold your spot in the que. Design Fee is dependent on the project and ranges between $300-500. The second half of the project payment is due after the design phase is complete and prior to print/production phase beginning. All sales are final once the process has reached the production phase.

All projects are unique! I will put together a custom quote for your individual project based off your needs and vision. Please contact me with the details of your project.
04 DO YOU HAVE OFFICE HOURS?
Yes. In an effort to respect your time as well as my time, I have established working studio hours. Although you can contact me at any time, I work in my studio Monday through Friday 6pm to 11pm, CLOSED Saturday, and open Sunday 10am - 10pm. I typically respond to emails and inquiries anywhere from 24 to 72 business hours after receipt. I do my best to respond as promptly as possible and response time usually depends on my work load at that time. I do prefer to schedule all consultations in advance so that I may plan to be available and allot the proper amount of time for your project.
